These terms govern use of the Great Lakes Capital Desk website and inquiries submitted through it.

Great Lakes Capital Desk is a funding consultancy and a wilshire financial group franchise office, operated by Chadwick Twillman. We are not a bank, not a lender of record, and not a credit-repair organization. We do not extend credit from this office’s own balance sheet. Any capital is provided, if at all, by independent underwriting partners after their own review.
Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a commitment, a pre-qualification, or a promise of approval. Programs are subject to underwriting, documentation, and approval by third parties. Rates, holds, and terms — when quoted — come from partners and can change. Past outcomes are not published here because they would be used as a promise. They are not.
We consider inquiries without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or Michigan law. Credit decisions, when they occur, are made by underwriting partners under their own policies and applicable law, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
A credit partner and an aged or shelf corporation are optional structuring tools. They are not a method for hiding a partner, misrepresenting control, or fabricating operating history to a lender. When used, they must be disclosed to underwriting partners. You are responsible for the accuracy of every statement in a file. This office will not assist in concealing material facts.
This office is typically paid when a partnered program is executed and closed. The fit call is not a paid engagement by default. Specific fee arrangements, if any, are disclosed in writing before you are asked to proceed with a file.
By providing a phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that Great Lakes Capital Desk and Chadwick Twillman may contact you at that number by call or text, and at the email you provide, about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. You may opt out at any time by telling us on a call, by texting STOP if SMS is used, or by emailing chadwick@greatlakescapitaldesk.com. We do not pull consumer credit without a separate, documented authorization.
You agree that information you submit is true to the best of your knowledge. This site is not an application for credit. Submitting the qualifier does not create a client relationship or an obligation to present a file to any partner.
Site copy, layout, and the GL mark are for this office. Wilshire Financial Group remains a separate brand. This site is not the franchise home-office website and is not a copy of it.
The site is provided as-is for informational and inquiry purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Lakes Capital Desk and Chadwick Twillman are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from a partner’s underwriting decision.
