This policy covers the public website for Great Lakes Capital Desk, a Wilshire Financial Group franchise office operated by Chadwick Twillman.

Information we collect
If you submit the qualifier or email the desk, we collect the fields you provide: name, phone, email, company legal name, city and state, use of funds, year formed, credit band, monthly revenue band, whether you are open to a credit partner or aged corporation, and any notes you write.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, full account numbers, or credit-report files through this website. Do not send them by this form.
The site may log ordinary technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through hosting and analytics if those tools are added later. This policy will be updated if that happens.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, assess whether Track A or Track B may apply, book a fit call, and — if you proceed — prepare a file for underwriting partners. Phone and email contact is only with the consent you give on the form (or by initiating the email or call yourself).
Sharing
We do not sell the leads collected on this site. If you move forward, information needed to underwrite a file may be shared with underwriting partners, credit partners (when you agree), entity providers (when you agree), and professional advisors required to close. Hosting, form, and calendar vendors (for example, the form endpoint or Calendly) process data as processors so the site can function.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to service the conversation, meet record-keeping duties, and resolve disputes, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice.
Your choices
Email chadwick@greatlakescapitaldesk.com or call (989) 272-2658 to access, correct, or ask us to delete inquiry data, or to opt out of calls and texts. We will still keep what the law requires.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The office operates from Michigan and offers services in all 50 states. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
