Process
A file should move like a file, not like a funnel.
Four steps. No portal maze on this site. No fake progress bar. You always know whether we are still in a conversation or already in underwriting.
01
Fit call
Fifteen minutes. We confirm company age, credit band, use of funds, and whether this desk is the right room.
You can book or you can call. We will ask company age, credit band, monthly revenue, and use of funds. If the answers put you outside both tracks, we will say so on the call — not after a week of paperwork.
02
Track selection
Track A if the file already looks fundable. Track B if a disclosed credit partner or aged corporation is the honest path.
Track A if the company is seasoned and credit on the file is 720-level. Track B if we are talking about a credit partner, an aged corporation, or both. You will know which lane you are in before we collect a stack of statements.
03
File prep
We gather what underwriting actually asks for. You authorize any credit pull in writing. Nothing is pulled on a public form.
Applications, banking, ownership documents, use-of-funds notes. If a credit pull is required, you sign for it. This website will never ask for a Social Security number or a credit-report upload.
04
Partner underwriting
The file goes to underwriting partners. They decide. We stay on the file until it is executed and closed — or declined, with a straight answer.
Partners underwrite. They may approve, decline, or ask for more. We stay with the file through execution and closing when there is a program, and we give a straight answer when there is not. This office is paid when a deal is executed and closed.
What this is not
It is not pre-approval. It is not a rate quote. It is not a consumer loan.
If a shop needs a same-day yes with no documents, they need a different kind of office. If they need someone who will sit in the file with partners, this is the process.
Next step
If the file is real, we will tell you how to run it.
Fifteen minutes. No theater. We map Track A or Track B, or we tell you this desk is not the right room.
We are not a lender. Programs are subject to underwriting, documentation, and approval. Credit partners and aged entities, when used, must be disclosed.
